In 2015 by Rhuigi Villaseñor, RHUDE is distinguished in the world of luxury streetwear by its multiple cultural references. The brand's development is strongly influenced by nostalgic references to the land of origin of its founder, mixed with American iconographies where he moved at the age of eleven.  Unable to afford the clothes he wanted to wear, the young talent created RHUDE, which took its name from a family tradition of choosing names starting with “R” and “H” as well as Rhuigi Villaseñor's desire to rebel against the strict education he received.
